In case of late arrival or early departure, the price from the reservation confirmation applies. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or "no show", 75% will be charged. For cancellations at short notice from 1 to 7 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price applies. The deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. Children and young people under 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is not included and amounts to € 2.50 per person and day.
The arrangement can be as follows: overnight stay only, overnight stay including breakfast or overnight stay including half board. Prices are subject to change depending on occupancy. All prices are in Euro, per accommodation unit with a standard occupancy of 4 or 6 persons.
